Roster
Who is on the team. People sign in with the email here, by a code sent to it. Admins review the stand-up and keep this roster; only a System Admin can make or change a System Admin. "Engineering" decides who appears in the per-person lists on the Board and Delivery pages. The Jira account id (the end of the person's Jira profile URL) lets the stand-up list their tickets.
